Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental illness which causes repeated unwanted thoughts or the urge to do something repeatedly. Some people can have both obsessions and compulsion. Obsessions are ideas or sensations and compulsion is when a person is driven to do things repeatedly such as excessive cleaning or hand washing, ordering and arranging things in a particular and precise way, compulsive counting, etc.

- Aggressive thoughts towards self and others
- Having things symmetrical or in a perfect order
